Rental Account Requirements:
Please note: First time rentals require 48hrs to be approved. Once approved, only the account holder may pick up the rental.
In order to setup your rental account with us at K & M Camera, we will need to receive the following items from you:
1) Complete, sign, and return the attached credit card authorization form:
K&M Rental Credit Card Authorization Form
2) Scan Photo ID
3) Scan Credit Card (front and back)
4) Provide Certificate of Insurance (If available) Otherwise the total replacement cost of total items being rented will be held on the credit card you provide. No Debit Cards please. Our Certificate Holder information is as follows:

D/B/A K & M Camera
54 Orchard St.
New York, NY 10002
The certificate should also list K & M Camera as the loss payee.
i.e, "The certificate holder is listed as the additional insured and loss payee."
5) Equipment list of items you would like to rent
6) Dates and time of Pickup/ Return
For Credit Card Rentals:
We will place an authorization for the replacement value of the equipment on the card provided.
This authorization will be released less the rental fee once all the equipment is returned in working order and no repairs or replacements are necessary
The release of funds normally takes 7 business days.
We cannot accept debit cards for this authorization.
For Insurance Certificates:
Please provide your equipment insurance certificate under our guidelines 24 hours advance from your rental for processing.
Once processed we will hold the amount of your deductible or the rental fee (Whichever is higher) on the credit card provided to us.
